We are the SwissLegal team in the Italian part of Switzerland. Our law firm is strategically located in the center of Lugano. It was founded in 2008 by Clarissa Indemini, lawyer and notary, and initially operated under Clarinde Law SA before joining the SwissLegal network at the end of 2021.

With our young, dynamic team, we provide legal services to private and corporate clients as well as public entities in a wide range of legal areas and with great enthusiasm. Our interdisciplinary and specialized approach covers both public and private law - and beyond national borders. Our primary goal is to act in the best interest of our clients and to always find the best solution for them, using our wide-ranging expertise.

Our expertise reaches from criminal law to the service and contract sector, construction, corporate and commercial law as well as inheritance and family law. In addition, we have specialized know-how in private insurance, reinsurance, social security and foundation law as well as in liability law, arbitration and art law. Thanks to the good cooperation with competent and reliable partners, we are able to assist and advise our clients in national and international tax matters. Our services are rounded off by our notarial services, which are provided by Clarissa Indemini, attorney-at-law, as a licensed notary public of the Canton of Ticino.
