We are a Chur-based notary office and law firm that is firmly anchored within our local community, providing services mainly in matters of corporate law with an extensive network throughout the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The firm was founded in 1971 by councilor Dr. iur. Bernardo Lardi and we have been constantly growing since. And, due to our proximity to the Italian-speaking valleys in the Graubünden canton, we also offer all of our services in Italian.

We have a wide variety of clients, including both national and international companies, SMEs, start-ups and private clients, as well as local corporations, all of which we consult and represent in legal disputes before all courts and official authorities.

We work across a range of areas, including mainly contract law, private and public building and real estate law, corporate and commercial law (including restructuring and succession arrangements), matrimonial law with a focus on patrimonial issues, enforcement law and criminal law. We also offer all notary services in the fields of marital and inheritance law, foundation law, real estate and corporate law.
